Please note that Housing Court does not handle bench warrants, which are managed by the Court’s Duties Division. These lists may not reflect changes in property ownership since the date of citation.

As of April 7, 2003, The Toledo Municipal Court has started to place warrant blocks against those individuals that have bench warrants pending. Warrant blocks prevent the defendant from renewing their driver's license and license plates.
